Getting started is easy! Simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store, create an account using your student email, and verify your identity. Once verified, you can start using all the features of the platform.

Buying Questions

To purchase items, browse through the listings, select the item you want, and click "Buy Now". You can then proceed with the secure payment process. Once payment is confirmed, you can arrange pickup or delivery with the seller.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 24 hours of receiving the item. Contact our support team, and we'll help you resolve the issue and process the refund if applicable.

Selling Questions

To list items for sale, click the "Sell" button in the app, upload photos of your item, provide a description and price, and publish your listing. Make sure to include clear photos and accurate descriptions to attract buyers.

Payments are processed securely through our platform. Once a buyer confirms receipt of the item, the payment will be automatically transferred to your registered bank account or mobile money wallet.

Hostel Questions

Use our hostel finder feature to search for available hostels based on your preferences. You can filter by location, price, amenities, and read reviews from other students. Once you find a suitable hostel, you can contact the owner directly through the platform.

To book a hostel, you'll need to provide your student ID, proof of enrollment, and a valid ID. You may also need to pay a deposit or first month's rent, depending on the hostel's requirements.

Payment Questions

We accept various payment methods including mobile money (M-PESA, Airtel Money), bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our platform.

Yes, we take security seriously. All payment information is encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. We never store your complete payment details on our servers.
